World Cup Fever...
...has truely hit the Ley family in full swing. Consisting of one true POM, half a POM and one converted POM, we are all supporting England as we go in search of our first cup win since 1966. Dressed up in our England kits we all enjoyed watching England beat Paraguay in a tense encounter. The in-house festivities included eating traditional English party food washed down with the local ale.......lovely!Kian did see the one and only goal and then, like the rest of us, fell asleep in a truely dull game....but as all England fans would say, we got the 3 points!
Come on England!

Our Life in Adelaide
We have settled down in Adelaide, better known for some of the world's finest wine with its location so close to the vineyards of the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Clare Valley and the Adelaide Hills. We bought our new house in September 2004 in the inner Northern suburb called Mawson Lakes which is approximately twelve kilometres from Adelaide's town centre.Kian Emerson Ley
Hello everyone and welcome to the Ley family's Blogger site. As most of you are aware by now, the Ley family has increased in size following the arrival of Kian Emerson on Saturday 8th April 2006. Now safely at home, the 7lb 3oz little chap has been as good as gold and hasn't kept his Mum and Dad up too much at night.....so far. Now a week old he is certainly alive and kickin' and very much aware of what is going on in his new world. We have already seen his gorgeous little smile and he's more than content with life. We are over the moon with our new bundle of joy and we certainly look forward to sharing more news and photos of Kian with you over the coming weeks and months.
